Modern cellular phones and service providers provide access to the Internet. The most common way is via a protocol called WAP, specifically WAP 2.0, which allows a subset of XHTML to be rendered on phone screens.

While not all Confluence content will be practical to fit on a phone screen, it should be possible to make a fair bit of useful information available.
