I'm using similar to http://www.adaptavist.com where upon login, there's a "Welcome <username>" text and other information displayed using the show-to macro. Upon logging out, that information is still displayed on the logout page when it shouldn't be, and does not disappear until the user refreshes.

This problem is present on the Adaptavist homepage as well.

This is a bug in Confluence, where logout page is rendered before the global AuthenticatedUserThreadLocal is cleared of the old user value. I don't think it can be resolved from this plugin, it has to be fixed in Confluence.
