Environment: Laptop running Windows XP

 Description  « Hide
After a user inputs data into a Scaffolding-based form and hits "Save," a version of the page appears that shows ONLY the title. The content is gone, as well as any navigation (breadcrubs, View/Edit/Attachments/etc tabs, are all gone). There's seemingly no way to edit or change the page at this point, and it renders the thing more or less unusable.

I have included a screenshot of a page where this has occurred.

We don't know how to reproduce the error, but it only seems to happen in IE, not Firefox.

This is a critical issue that totally blocks our use of Scaffolding.

Hi Daniel,

I haven't seen this specific problem before, although it is possible that it's related to the general 'IE doesn't like Scaffolding' issues.

It's difficult to diagnose exactly what the problem is without some more detailed information. Are there any error messages in the server's error log? Also, if you could provide the macro markup for the page in question it may be helpful, although I'm guessing there isn't anything specific about the page, other than perhaps it containing a table-data macro (which seems to be one the main things IE has trouble with).

IE issues have been resolved in Scaffolding 3.0. Could you let me know if this is still a problem?
