Following date-data macro renders unknown symbols (see attachment):

||From: |{date-data:LTFrom|format=dd-MMM-yy|minyear=-10|maxyear=+10|required=true}{date-data}|
||To (incl.): |{date-data:LTTo|format=dd-MMM-yy|minyear=-10|maxyear=+10|required=true}{date-data}|

format dd-MMM-yyyy gives no issues.

Confirmed this issue - it seems to be a problem with the Joda-Time 0.98 library. With the switch to Joda-Time 1.4 in Confluence 2.6 this has been resolved. However, you will have to update to Confluence 2.6 for the fix.
