This option alone could resolve the problem I've been having for quite a time now:
Expand-on allows to extract the images attached to each child page to render them in the report-body

I'll see if we can fit it into 3.0, but it may get pushed back to 3.1.x.

This has been added to the new 'expanding-reporter' as the 'allowEmpty=true' option. See the docs for details.
