Environment: Confluence server 2.1.3. I am using a Windows XP professional SP2 on IBM T42. I tested it on another engineer's Windows XP, he had the same issue. I have IE version 6.029 and Firefox 1.5.01.

 Description  « Hide
My IE does not display the generated TOC or the tasklist entries (you need add a couple of entries into the tasklist to see the issue) in a card. This happens only with the IE. I guess it is something to do with dynamic contents.

You can see the issue in the following simple page:

{composition-setup} {deck:id=myDeck}
{card:label=tab1}
test tab1 {card}
{card:label=tab2}
{dynamictasklist:test1} {card} {deck}

In my Confluence project page, IE does not display the following {float}{toc} either. It is a simple page with some headers. When I move the mouse-cursor over the area TOC should be drawn I can sense the TOC is really there (the cursor chages and can be clicked to jump to the headers) but the TOC is not displayed or displayed poorly.

{float:right|width=180px|background=#F0F0F0|border=solid navy}
{toc:style=none|outline=true|indent=7px|minLevel=3} {float}

At a guess, I'd say that the JavaScript for Composition is trumping that of the dynamic task list in IE. Every browser has a different way of triggering JavaScript after the page has loaded, and they can be incompatible. I'll look into it when I can...

will be great if this gets fixed.
IE has weird behaviour when cards or tabs used in conjuction with tasklist macro.

thanks Dave.

Putting this one off again in the interests of getting a release out. I'll see if I can look at it again in a week or so...no promises.
