Our base path for the server is:
http://server/confluence/

When trying to use custom images for the icons, the base appears to be duplicated and broken.

An extra copy of the 'Site Root' was being attached to the image path.

Upon further testing it seems this bug was not fixed for all cases.

I believe this bug has been fully squashed now for the following cases:

1. Default link
2. Custom icon
3. Wiki markup
4. Attached CSS
